Will patients ever be charged
No. The patient app is free forever. If a service requires payment, for example a consultation, the patient pays the doctor directly, never DHEP.
Can pricing be paid in local currency
Yes. For African institutions, we accept payments in CDF, XAF, GHS, KES, ZAR, NGN and USD. Speak to our team to discuss.
Is there a discount for NGOs and public hospitals
Yes. We offer significant discounts for public health institutions and NGOs in lower-income countries. Contact our team to discuss.
What does revenue share mean for partners
Partners pay nothing to join. DHEP receives a transparent share on completed orders or journeys. Every contract is written and signed before the first transaction.
