2. Use of Services

DHEP provides a digital healthcare platform for patients, healthcare providers, hospitals, and partners. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.

Healthcare providers using DHEP are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable professional standards, licensing requirements, and local healthcare regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The DHEP platform facilitates communication between patients and licensed healthcare professionals. DHEP itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional providing the service.

AI-assisted features (triage, diagnostic suggestions, drug interaction checks) are decision support tools only and do not replace clinical judgment. They are intended to assist, not replace, licensed medical professionals.

4. Data Protection

DHEP processes personal data and health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable national data protection laws. By using the platform, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The DHEP platform, including all software, algorithms, AI models, design, and content, is proprietary to DHEP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without express written consent from DHEP.

6. Limitation of Liability

DHEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. DHEP's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to DHEP in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law (Code of Obligations). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
